Product roadmap

Official UK sources we monitor today, and what we plan to add. Summaries are informational only — not legal advice.

What we cover today

ActAware draws on 17 official UK feeds, including GOV.UK (DBT, HMRC, Home Office, DWP, ICO, EHRC, Acas, The Pensions Regulator, Fair Work Agency, and related employer-facing pages), Legislation.gov.uk, Employment Tribunal decisions, HSE, and others listed on our homepage. We turn material changes into plain-English, employer-focused briefings.

We do not claim exhaustive UK-wide compliance coverage. As stated in our site disclaimer, we do not guarantee that every relevant change will be captured.

What we’re building toward

We are deepening coverage in areas that matter most to employers, starting with precedent-level employment law and sector-relevant regulators.

Planned source expansion

  1. Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) — to surface appellate-level employment decisions that often set the principles employers rely on, alongside first-instance tribunal coverage we already monitor.
  2. DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) — for employers in health, education, and care where workforce checks are central.
  3. CQC and other sector regulators — phased additions where they materially affect employer obligations in regulated sectors (e.g. social care).
  4. Central Arbitration Committee and Certification Officer — under consideration for employers with active trade-union and recognition matters.
  5. Scotland and Wales — selective official feeds where devolved policy diverges on issues relevant to employers.
  6. Fair Work Agency — we already monitor FWA; we will keep our feeds aligned as government consolidates related labour-enforcement functions.

Not in this product

Financial services conduct regimes (for example FCA rules such as SM&CR) sit outside general UK employer compliance. They would require a separate offering if we addressed them in future.
